Student Village Housing is a locally owned and managed company, founded by two Queen’s Grads who love Kingston. The founding partners have 35 and 20 years respectively of student housing experience. We have a team of dedicated professionals here to serve you, who bring many additional years of experience in student housing.

I lived in a house on Johnson for the 2018-2019 school year which is managed Terri Buller. Terri is the best property manager I have ever seen and it is not even close. Terri has an incredible system set up which enables the tenant to be able to contact someone 24/7 if there is an issue. Terri has been a great landlord for the past 3 years. She is very understanding of the students and will help to accommodate you when moving in/out of the house/apartment rented. Terri responds to emails within the same day and if something needs fixing will have someone in to look at and fix the problem the same day or the next.
